How to download the WBJEE 2025 rank card
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has uploaded the WBJEE 2025 result on its official portal. Candidates who appeared for the engineering and pharmacy entrance test can log in with their application number and date of birth to download their rank card.
- Visit the official site wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Click on the “WBJEE 2025 Result / Rank Card” link on the homepage.
- Enter your application number, date of birth and security captcha.
- Download and print at least two copies of the rank card for counselling.
The rank card is valid only for WBJEE 2025 counselling. Keep the application number safe — you will need it for every counselling round.

Cut-off marks vary by category and college. The provisional ranges below are based on previous-year trends and the difficulty level of WBJEE 2025.

Tie-breaking rule for equal marks
When two candidates score equal aggregate, WBJEEB applies the following inter-se merit order:
- Higher score in Mathematics (Paper 1).
- Higher score in Physics + Chemistry (Paper 2).
- Lower negative-marks ratio in Mathematics.
- Older candidate (date of birth).
WBJEE 2025 counselling — what comes next
Counselling registration opens within days of the rank-card release. Candidates must register on the WBJEEB counselling portal, choose their preferred colleges and branches, and pay the counselling fee.
- Round 1 registration window: usually 5–7 days after result.
- Choice filling window opens with provisional seat matrix.
- Mock allotment is published before final allotment.
- Reporting at the allotted institute is mandatory after seat freeze.
Do NOT skip choice locking — unlocked choices are auto-removed and you will lose merit-based seat opportunities.

- Class 10 marksheet & certificate (DOB proof).
- Class 12 marksheet & passing certificate.
