CUET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip Released — Admit Card Drops Soon, Here Is What to Check

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CUET UG 2025 advance city intimation slip at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can now check their allotted exam city ahead of the admit card release.

NTA has uploaded the CUET UG 2025 city intimation slip on the official portal. The advance city slip lets candidates plan travel — the actual admit card is released 3–4 days before the exam.

How to download the CUET UG 2025 city slip

  • Visit cuet.nta.nic.in on a desktop browser.
  • Click on “CUET UG 2025 — Advance City Intimation Slip”.
  • Enter your application number, date of birth and security captcha.
  • Download the PDF and save it for travel planning.

The city intimation slip ONLY shows your allotted exam city. It does not contain centre address, reporting time, or candidate photo — those details are part of the actual admit card.

Exam-day rules and dress code

  • Reach the centre at least 90 minutes before reporting time.
  • Carry the printed admit card + one original photo ID (Aadhaar / passport / driving licence).
  • Wear simple clothes — no metallic ornaments, no thick-soled shoes, no caps.
  • Mobile phones, smart-watches, calculators, ear-phones are STRICTLY prohibited.

CUET UG 2025 exam pattern reminder

The CUET UG 2025 exam will be held in computer-based test (CBT) mode across multiple shifts. Each domain-specific subject has 50 questions to be attempted in 60 minutes, with a +5 / −1 marking scheme.

  • Section IA / IB — Languages (50 questions, 60 minutes).
  • Section II — Domain-specific subjects (50 questions, 60 minutes each).
  • Section III — General Test (60 questions, 75 minutes).
  • Negative marking: −1 for wrong answers, +5 for correct answers.

If your photograph or signature is not visible on the admit card, raise a correction request immediately on the NTA portal — last-minute issues are NOT entertained at the centre.

Can I enter the exam centre with only the city intimation slip?

No. The city slip is informational only — you must carry the actual admit card and a valid photo ID.

My city intimation slip shows a city far from my preferred centre. Can I change it?

NTA does not allow city changes after the application window closes, except in rare exceptional cases handled directly by NTA.

When will the admit card be released?

CUET UG admit cards are typically released 3–4 days before the scheduled exam date on the NTA portal.
